Hello, Peoples and Puppies!

I ams here to tell you the good news!

I am such a healthy, happy....

doggie, um, Yorkie.

Do you 'member that Mama changed my food?

I WAS eating crap K & B. (Oops, sorry.

I'm not supposed to say that word no mores.)

Anywho, she switched me to 

something that I just loves!!! Yes! I does!!!

My new food is from The Honest Kitchen 

and my bestest kind is called FORCE.

It looks like that picture up there at first...

but then Mama adds a little warm 

water to make it get really yummy. 

Easy peasy, she says.

Oh my good gravy, peoples and puppies!

I just want to jump up and down when I knows 

Mama is mixing my foods!

It takes about 5 (gazillion) minutes to plump up,

but I can hardly waits for that long. Sometimes Mama adds

cooked carrots to it, but I likes it anyway she serves it!

I never hads anything so delicious!

(Well, once I did, but it was crap and gave me the squirts - oops.

Mama says there are some things a lady never barks about.)

Anywho, this is how I stay so cute an all.

My hairs are shiny and Mama says now the doctor

can't call me fat no more.  I is SASSY, peoples and puppies!

Oops.  Mama says not to sass her.

Sheesh.  I'm gonna be in big trouble

'cuz this post is full of words I'm not supposed 

to say.  Please don't tell!

Note from Mama:

The Honest Kitchen did not provide compensation for Tootie's

endorsement.  I let her speak about it in her own barks

because she loves it so much and I felt it was a healthy 

alternative to what she previously ate.

I have tried many different brands of dog food from pet stores and

the vet but Tootie wouldn't eat any of it.  

She actually "storms the gate" to get to her dog bowl

now.  I've had her on it for a month, 

and feed her 1/3 cup twice a day.  (She also gets small

portions of applesauce, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt as between-meal snacks.)

She still has 2/3 of the 4 lb box left, so I feel like it is a good bargain.  

PHOEBE SINGS "SMELLY DOG"

The Daddy came home from work

and said, "Hi, Tootie."

Me likey.

Then he axed Mama,

"Has this dog had a bath yet?"

"We have a dog?"  I wanted to know.

Then I saw The Daddy was lookin' at ME.

Oh-oh. 

B-A-T-H time.

Now Peoples and Puppies, when I get loose outside, Mama

can't catch me.  But she is a Nascar in the house, so I didn't

even tries to runs away.  Besides, I didn't see it coming.

I thoughts she was going to give me some cheese.

Liar.

 "I am nots a cheewawa, so take this

tortilla off of me!"

Mama said I am going bald!  She took me

outside to dries off 'cuz she said I am losing my hair

all over the place!

And then she tried to blow the rest of it away!

Traumatized. 

 But cute.

The moral of this story, Peoples and Puppies,

is don't try to outrun Mama in her Nascar shoes

and you'll come out looking like a million dollar,

uh, d-o-g.

CRUISIN AROUND THE TOWN

My mama is very careful with me.

Every times I gets in the car with Mama, she buckles me in.

I don't like it, and I whines  sits quietly and stares at her.

Maybe she will look my way an unhook my leash so

I can jumps in her lap and then go jumps in the other

seat, and then jumps in her lap again. 

That's a lot of fun, peoples and puppies!

Boing! Boing! Boing!

This leash is too short, or I"d 

just make one good leap and be over there

in her lap and at the window.

But I tried that once....
and I gots the whiplash.

That's not fun, peoples and puppies.

SPRING IS HERE!

I can't believe Spring is already here!

How did that happen, peoples and puppies?

I must have slept through winter!

Huh! Imagine that.......

Oh well, the moral of this story is: 

Time flies like an arrow.  Fruit flies like bananas.

MEN HAVE CAVES, GIRLS HAVE SPA TUBS

Mama loves her spa tub.

She fills it with smelly bubbles.
(The flower kind, peoples. 
Not my favorite beans kind.)

She listens to soft muzick.

Sometimes she turns out the lights and just has 

fire sticks.  

She says it's relaxing.  Calms her nerves.

It even has Tootie Bubbles that I make myself.

HERE I AM!

I knows I been gone a long time.

But, it's not my fault, peoples and puppies!

Mama said she needed a break so she took 

fifteen twenty-ten hundred months off

to do other stuffs.  Only I never saw her actually do other stuffs.

I thinks she was just l-a-z-y.

Anyways, I been busy for a cute dog.

Busy stayin' cute.

Letting my hair grow out.

Laying in sun puddles while listening to John Denver.

(I'm really rockin that sunshine on my shoulder.)

My doctor said I need to lose weight. 

So Mama threw out the Kibbles and Bits.

I sure did like that stuff, but Mama said it was crap.

(I googled "crap" and let me tell you,

 I am not allowed to say that word no more.

And I don't knows why 'cuz I've heard The Daddy say worse.)

So, she got to looking on her computer and found this stuff here

I loves this stuff!! And Mama says it is very good for me.

'Cept she says it cost ten times as much as Crap, so I better like it or else.

Cute is worth it.

NOT SO KISSING COUSINS

After Thanksgiving, Mama dragged me to my cousins' house.

Rocky's an okay kid, but I still don't want to get too close to him.

"Don't even look at me. Talk to the hair 'cuz the face ain't listening."

"Don't come any closer, Dude. Just back away and no one gets hurt."

Guess I told him.  Nobody messes with Little Divalicious.
